⚡️You're going to feel great, cry, laugh, stop and feel it! All within my held space. You're going to shed what's stuck in your system, you're going to express what ever arises and we are going to dance! Yes to this! You know it! There is a lot moving in the world right now.
⚡️Carli Jo will then hold a ritual space to invite you (cameras off) to invite pleasure into your body, as you entertain what you would like your life to invite more of. This works, as when your nervous system feels good, whilst imagining this, it's far more likely to let it take place for you in real life. You are speaking to your soma and your unconscious. It may also kick up for you, what is in the way, to process and hold and integrate.
