⚡️Here is a tune to dance to, an invite to a juicy workshop and a brief moment about deep pleasure in the nervous system. ⚡️
⚡️Why is the nervous system sexy? The geek in me, the embodiment facilitator, the dancer and the human that has suffered all know this to be true. So WTF do I mean?
⚡️Our nervous systems contains information and imprints of everything we have experienced to greater and lesser degrees. This is a core part of my work because in order to liberate human beings, integrating the small or large sufferings held there, generates freedom for them. This makes me happy. When you see someone who 'held back' or 'made themselves small', suddenly breathe again and bounce back into life.
⚡️Equally, we can introduce safety into our bodies, which allows our nervous systems to calm as we introduce new possibilities. My two favourite ways of doing this are dance and pleasure magic. When you let your body imagine something you want to have happen in a pleasurable state, it allows you to feel safe and move toward that possibility. The nervous system doesn't block it, as you've shown to yourself that the experience will feel good.
⚡️This is what we will be doing in Dance and Desire. It's a 2 hour class- with Dance followed by a powerful and sensual manifestation practice. This ritual will consist of:
- A Welcome + Intention Setting Ceremony
- Ecstatic Dance - led by 5Rhythms Dance Facilitator & Embodiment Coach - Chloe de Sousa.
- In this ritual space, you will be guided through the 5rhythms ecstatic dance practice. We will move anything your body needs to feel whole, expressed, vulnerable, honest, and raw. You will be invited back and fully in, ready to be fully here to manifest your dreams.
- Sex Magick - Led by Self-Pleasure Guide and Sensuality Coach Carli Jo.
- You will be guided through an ancient practice that uses the creative power of sexual energy to generate your desire! With breathwork, visualization, touch, and intention, you’ll manifest your greatest desires with grace, ease, and pleasure!
- Please note that cameras and mics will be OFF during both ritual experiences.
- A grounding + Closing Ceremony
